We were very active brokers in this market long before you could find it on the map. We watched this market soar and, like most markets, suffer a drastic decline. Today, however, we are looking at a very changed market, one that offers some tremendous opportunities for buyers. Following the market trend in late 2009, we became entrenched in the foreclosure and short sale market. As such, we are exposed to many of these properties long before they come to market. Visit our link titled “Foreclosures” if you are interested in finding some really good deals!
Today brings a totally new market dynamics. The number of foreclosure properties coming on the market each month has declined. In addition, residential inventory overall is down and, for sellers, this is great news. Over the past few months we have seen prices begin to level out and, as a result, our overall economy has begun to stabilize. If you’re a buyer don’t despair! There are still great deals available in all of our market areas but it will take the persistent efforts of qualified agents to find just the right one for you!
The purchase of real estate is a shared transaction in that buyers and sellers are divided between an emotional experience and the logical transaction. It is a brokers job to help everyone make educated decisions and it is that precise responsibility that we take very seriously.
